EMPORIO ARMANI SUMMER GARDEN LIVE IN ASSOCIATION WITH SPOTIFY

Emporio Armani is pleased to announce its partnership with Spotify for the upcoming ‘Emporio Armani Summer Garden Live’ event to be hosted on Tuesday 16th July.

Emporio Armani first partnered with Spotify in 2012 and is proud to be the leading luxury brand to form an association with Spotify. The Armani Spotify channelhttp://open.spotify.com/user/armani enables music sharing and access to playlists globally via the Armani music channel.

The Emporio Armani Summer Garden Live evening will include a programme of music performances by emerging and established artists, which will take place in the hidden garden at the New Bond Street store. This venue will create the perfect setting for an intimate night of music performances, as bands play to a select crowd of industry and music insiders and VIP’s.

The partnership with Spotify will introduce a new layer to the Summer Garden Live series, allowing fashion and music fans to discover and support emerging music talent using the global leading digital music platform. Emporio Armani has created a multi-channel experience for the Summer Garden Live format and will see the collaboration provide Spotify playlists specifically for the event. These can be shared and streamed online, as a new way to engage fashion and music lovers prior-to and after the event, from the talent who will perform throughout the evening as well as VIPs. Interviews with the performers will also be uploaded on the Armani Spotify channel to stream as part of the behind the scenes activity.

As an award-winning digital music service that gives you on-demand access to over 20 million tracks, Spotify enhances Emporio Armani’s existing relationships with music talent; providing opportunities for Emporio Armani to integrate music on its various social media platforms.

Social media platforms will use #EALIVE and Spotify account ‘armani’ to celebrate Emporio Armani Summer Garden Live 2013.

Spotify is available globally in 28 markets, with more than 24 million active users, and over 6 million paying subscribers, making it easier than ever to discover, manage and share music with your friends, while making sure that artists get a fair deal.
