BVLGARI  INAUGURATES  ITS FIRST STORE IN SAINT TROPEZ

 

Last night Bvlgari celebrated the opening of a brand new boutique in Saint Tropez with a special cocktail party permeated by the glamorous atmospheres of French Riviera.

 

The ribbon cutting ceremony was presided over by Juliette Binoche, Hilary Swank and Jeremy Irons.

In the entrance of the boutique, a blue star engraved in the floor -  echoing the star in black onyx of the legendary Bulgari Rome flagship store opened in 1905 -  welcomes the guests. Inside, the iridescent azure of Saint Tropez sea  bathes the chairs and the silk panels thus giving a strong Mediterranean character to the store.

 

For the occasion, a stunning selection of magnificent Bulgari  high jewellery pieces has been disclosed: shimmering diamonds and exceptional precious stones with breathtaking colors from the latest Diva collection – a tribute to the world's most divine celebrities of the 50s and 60s – sparkled on models to the delight of guests. Among the creations on display, an incredible necklace featuring a 43 carats cushion sapphire.

After discovering the new Bulgari boutique and marvelous jewels, guests were invited to an exclusive dinner in the private garden of Pan Dei Hotel. During the evening, renowned Brazilian singer Bebel Gilberto performed her smooth bossa nova tunes.  Besides Jeremy Irons, Hilary Swank and Juliette Binoche, celebrity attendees also included Virginie Ledoyen, Isabella Ferrari and Bianca Brandolini d’Adda.
