The new collection is launched at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) 2013 in Geneva, and pays tribute to the new partnership with the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. Inspired by materials typically used in motorsport, the designers and engineers created exclusive timepieces made of carbon fiber, ceramic and titanium – the hallmarks of the new Ingenieur collection.
Amidst an authentic setting, IWC's Friends of the Brand and many other high-caliber guests from all over the world gather at the IWC booth on January 22nd, 2013, to celebrate the new Ingenieur watches, before joining the exclusive “IWC Race Night” gala event in the evening.
