Last week saw the launch of new British denim brand Flying Horse
Jeans at their new debut store on Newburgh Street in Carnaby.

The South East Asian influenced store of sun bleach effect wood and
bamboo lights was packed with denim enthusiasts, fashion
journalists and friends.

Guests were treated to beer, wine and a live acoustic set from The
Charlatans’ Tim Burgess and Mark Collins. Playing out classic
songs, the show was a small intimate affair in the store and perfectly
matched the chilled out ethos of the brand.

A relaxed evening for attendees was topped off with the opportunity
to select a gift from Flying Horse Jeans including brand staple jeans
and shirts.

Founded in late 2011 by David Rix and Sanjay Madan. Both share
over 45 years of fashion experience, including 30 years in the denim
industry.

Inspired by travels around South East Asia, the brand offers an
alternative to the heavily American and Japan influenced market. Not
only in product but also in the environment of the new store.
Specialising in indigo dyed products, Flying Horse Jeans offer shirts,
graphic t-shirts and straight and slim fit jeans.
