THE 'KRUG' HAPPINESS EXHIBITION

Krug Champagne and the Royal Academy to Launch the ‘Happiness’ Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts

Krug, the world’s most renowned champagne, is pleased to announce the launch of the ‘Happiness’ Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts. Taking place from December 13th - 20th, the exhibition will raise funds vital for the Royal Academy Schools.

Krug and the Royal Academy have invited celebrity patrons of the arts to ‘create their own version of happiness’ by donating something to the exhibition that embodies happiness to them personally.

Noted contributors such as David Bailey, Vivienne Westwood, Manolo Blahnik, Erdem, Olivier Krug, Sienna Miller and Bella Freud are amongst several luminaries from different creative industries in the worlds of art, fashion, theatre, gastronomy and culture giving something from their private lives. The donation will be accompanied by a quote from each contributor that explains why the piece they chose is the ultimate meaning of happiness to them.

Creative consultant Lady Amanda Harlech will co-curate the ‘Happiness’ Exhibition alongside Edith Devaney of the Royal Academy. By bringing both creativity and passion to her everyday work, Lady Harlech is lending her talent and enthusiasm for this inspiring exhibition.

Crafting happiness since 1843, Krug champagne is the quintessence of contentment. Successfully combining rarity with prestige, it captures the best of elegance and taste, crafting true joy and happiness in each bottle. Inspired by the emotion that drives Krug, the ‘Happiness’ Exhibition encompasses what the champagne strives each day to share with Krug lovers around the world.
